Teen girl killed after car crashes into 3 people on Dixie Highway

A teen girl was killed after a car crashed into three people Saturday afternoon in Shively.

According to Shively Police Sgt. Jordan Brown, officers responded at 4:30 p.m. to a crash in the 3900 block of Dixie Highway. It happened near a Speedway between Park Road and Leroy Avenue.

Police said a vehicle crashed into multiple people. A teen girl died at the scene. Police said a woman in her 30s and another teen girl were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation. Police have not said whether any arrests have been made in connection with the crash.
