Fayette County Public Schools is proposing changes to existing bonds. Four people were taken to the hospital after an overnight crash in Lexington, police say. According to Lexington police, officers responded just after midnight to the intersection of Russell Cave Road and Radcliffe Road for reports of a two-vehicle collision.
