Louisville restaurant has alcohol license suspended following shooting

A 17-year-old boy was killed, and a 16-year-old boy was critically injured in a shooting early Saturday morning in downtown Louisville.

According to Louisville Metro Police, officers responded around 1:30 a.m. to 217 E. Main St. after a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found 17-year-old Kameron D. Neal, who died at the scene.

Police also located a 16-year-old boy suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to UofL Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

The LMPD Homicide Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. No arrests have been made, and police have not released any details about suspects.
