Grateful Dead co-founder Bob Weir has died at the age of 78. Students returned to Kentucky State University on Monday for the first day of classes since two shootings last semester. In December 19-year-old De’Jon Fox Junior was killed, and another student was injured near a residence hall. Jacob Bard was charged, but a grand jury chose not to indict him. Eight people have been displaced after a Lexington house fire according to officials with the Lexington Fire Department. Officials say crews were dispatched to the 2000 block of Geranium Lane just after 4:40 p.m. Monday.
