The Lexington Police Department reports that a 17-year-old has been charged with murder in connection to the shooting death of 16-year-old Arsenio Jackson Jr.
Jackson was shot and killed on Rambling Creek in the early morning hours of March 4.
The identity of that suspect has not been released. They are currently being held at a juvenile detention center, police said.
The coroner has identified the student as 16-year-old Arsenio Jackson Jr.
According to the coroner, they are still investigating along with the Lexington Police Department.
